The Public Procurement Process Training service covers training in public procurement (PP) and public procurement of innovation (PPI). Therefore, this service offers a comprehensive solution that strengthens companies by providing them with the necessary resources and capacities to effectively understand and seize the opportunities that arise in public procurement processes, with a special focus on PPI.

We support you through

  • Training itinerary whose objective is to train you to be able to respond effectively to public purchases and, in addition, with innovative solutions to the new PPI initiatives of public administrations.

  • Meeting between the technological offer for: 1) present the main PP and PPI opportunities at the state level; 2) jointly create potential proposed solutions to these demands and 3) select those initiatives with the greatest potential to offer personalized support where you can materialize the knowledge acquired through real cases.

  • “Dual Guide to Public Procurement of Innovation” created as a resource designed to provide you with support in the development of innovative solutions to the challenges posed by public entities through the PPI, both in the field of public demand and in that of technological supply.

This service is aimed at start-ups and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Bizkaia with adequate resources, significant capacities and an innovative value proposal that can contribute to the improvement of processes and the transformation of public services, regardless of their scope.
