Module 1 – Circular economy

  • Session 1 – October 20, 9:30 h – 12:00 h (in Beaz, Sabino Arana 8)
    Measuring to improve: first steps towards the green transition.
    • Leverages for SMEs in the current context.
    • Environmental indicators and metrics: what to measure and why.
    • How to demonstrate the environmental improvements of our projects based on data.
    • Case study: how to measure the assessment of environmental improvements.
  • Session 2 – November 4, 9:30 h – 12:00 h (in Beaz, Sabino Arana 8)
    Circular strategies to improve products and services.
    • New circularity requirements for products.
    • Eco-design strategies for products and services.
    • New circular business models: servitization.
    • Case study: application of eco-design strategies.
  • Session 3 – Depending on the availability of each company, 1 individual day to be carried out in December (at the companies’ premises)
    Personalized support sessions: defining a circular roadmap.
    • Individual assessment of circular economy opportunities.
    • Identification of improvement projects tailored to the company.
    • Development of a circular economy roadmap adapted to the company.

For whom?

This service is aimed at SMEs in Bizkaia with a workforce of between 5 and 250 people whose activity falls within the sectors of industry, transport, construction, services related to industry, tourism, wholesale trade, and that have a potential to develop projects that can be supported by the regional Digital and Green Transition program.
