In order to support the digital and green transition in SMEs in Bizkaia, Beaz proposes an advanced training program that helps identify the new business opportunities that both challenges entail.

The program has a face-to-face format and is designed for companies with a workforce of 5 to 250 people, whose activity falls within the sectors of industry, transportation, construction, and services related to industry, tourism, and wholesale trade, and with projects likely to be supported by the foral program of Digital and Green Transition.

EgokINN distinguishes two work modules: digitization and circular economy. Each of them includes three work sessions that will last from October to November 2022, in the case of digitization; and from January to February 2023, in the circular economy.

The first two sessions will take place at Beaz and will last 2.5 hours. In the first session, basic concepts will be addressed and the current situation on each topic will be contextualized; in the second, 12 of the participating companies will know relevant business practices (use cases). The last one will be an individual session, it will take place at the facilities of the companies selected to participate in it (4 of the 12 companies) and will consist of personalized assistance in which points for improvement will be identified and a personalized action plan will be defined.

The training is free and will last from October to February 2023.
