The SL Accelerated Constitution service offers support in the telematic constitution of limited liability companies through the Single Electronic Document (DUE). It centralizes, in a single service, all the necessary procedures for registration in the registry, coordinating the corresponding appointment with the chosen notary office.
This service is the result of an agreement with the General Directorate of Industry and Small and Medium Enterprises that designates BEAZ as a Service Point for Entrepreneurs (PAE) for the accelerated incorporation of SL companies.
