Zitek UPV/EHU
Zitek UPV/EHU is an incubator that promotes entrepreneurial culture and the creation of innovative and technology-based companies within the university community. This initiative, financed by FEDER and in collaboration since 2000 between the UPV/EHU, the Provincial Council of Bizkaia and Beaz, aims to promote the entrepreneurial spirit.
For whom?
Zitek is aimed at entrepreneurial people linked to the UPV/EHU who have an innovative and viable project.
We support you through
It has a physical and service structure that includes three university incubators, all of them on the Bizkaia campus: Zitek Mintegia, Zitek Portugalete and Zitek Bilbao.
Support in the creation of innovative and/or technology-based companies that allow the exploitation and transfer of research results generated at the university.
Advice on project validation and comparison, on the preparation of the business plan, on obtaining public subsidies or on the search for partners/investors/collaborators.
Promotion of entrepreneurial culture among the different groups of the UPV/EHU, carrying out activities that contribute to education in the entrepreneurial spirit and the search for solutions to the current challenges of society.
