The intellectual property rights of the WEB and the Beaz App, as well as its various contents belong to BEAZ, S.A.U. (hereinafter BEAZ), domiciled in Sabino Arana 8, 48013 Bilbao and CIF A48229058, being the owner of the subdomain www.beaz.bizkaia.eus within the domain www.bizkaia.eus, the holder of which is DIPUTACIÓN FORAL DE BIZKAIA – BIZKAIKO FORU ALDUNDIA duly registered in the Registro Mercantil.

Any alteration to this page is strictly prohibited. BEAZ assumes no responsibility that may arise from unauthorized manipulations or alterations. BEAZ does not grant any license or authorization of use of any kind on its industrial and intellectual property rights or on any other property or right related to the Web, services or content.

The total or partial reproduction of the contents of this WEB is prohibited without citing its origin or without requesting express authorization for it. The unauthorized use of the information contained in this website, as well as the damages caused to the intellectual and industrial property rights of BEAZ, will give rise to the exercise of the corresponding actions and, where appropriate, to the responsibilities that derive from this exercise.

Users of this Web Site and its services are required to make use of the Web Site in accordance with the laws and uses of traffic, and will refrain from using the Web Site and its services for illegal purposes or effects or that are harmful to the rights and interests of third parties or persons, or that in any way may damage, disable, overburden or impair the Web Site and services or prevent the normal use or enjoyment of the Web Services. BEAZ does not guarantee the absence of errors in the access to the Web, or in its content; in the case of citing or reproducing publications of an official nature, such reproduction will be of a purely informative nature and should be considered for all purposes as valid the publication in its newsletter or official source.

BEAZ reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, changes and updates to the information contained in its WEB or in its configuration or presentation.

BEAZ does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the operation of the WEB and services. Where this is reasonably possible, interruptions in the operation of the WEB and the services shall be warned beforehand.

BEAZ excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the WEBSITE and the services, to the fraud of the utility that the users may have attributed to the WEBSITE and to the services, to the fallibility of the WEB and the services, and in particular, although not exclusively, to failures in access to the different WEB pages or those from which the services are provided.

Protection of Personal Data

BEAZ respects the privacy of users and the secrecy and security of personal data, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable data protection legislation, specifically, Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 of April 2016, and its implementing regulations, having adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the personal data provided, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data and the risks to which it is exposed.

In cases where to access any of the services offered on this website requires the provision of personal data, the treatment of this data will be based on the consent of the interested person, through the acceptance of this legal notice and privacy policy.

Personal data shall only be processed for the purpose of providing the appropriate service, for which BEAZ may facilitate access to such data to professionals/companies subcontracted by BEAZ, and those Bodies which are members necessary for the proper purpose of providing the service requested by the user. Personal data will also be transferred to comply with the relevant legal obligations.

Such personal data shall be kept for the duration of the relationship between the user and BEAZ, and in any case within the time limits set to comply with the legal obligations arising from that relationship.

The privacy policy of BEAZ guarantees the user in any case the possibility to exercise their rights: access to personal data concerning the data subject, rectification or deletion, or limitation of their processing, the right to the portability of the data, or to oppose the processing, and may exercise these rights:

Social Media Use

BEAZ informs users that it has created a profile on the social networks LinkedIn, YouTube, Flickr and Facebook  (hereinafter referred to as the “Social Network” indistinguishably) with the main purpose of advertising its activities.

Any user who accesses BEAZ profiles on any of these social networks will also have a profile on the same Social Network. By accessing the content of the BEAZ profile, the user consents to BEAZ having access to and processing the user’s public information and in particular the contact name provided on the Social Network. This data will only be used within the Social Network itself.

In relation to the user, BEAZ may carry out the following actions:

  • Access information available on public profiles.
  • Post on the user’s profile all the information already posted on the BEAZ profile.
  • Send personal and individual messages through the Social Network’s contact channels.
  • Provide updates on the page’s status that will be posted on the user’s profile.

The user, once connected to the BEAZ profile, will be able to post comments, links, images or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network on the corresponding BEAZ profile. In all cases, the user must be the owner of the copyright and/or intellectual property rights or have the consent of the third parties in question. Any posts on the BEAZ profile that violate or are likely to violate morals, ethics, good taste or decency and/or that are against the law are expressly prohibited. In such cases, BEAZ reserves the right to immediately remove the content and may request the permanent blocking of the user.

BEAZ shall not be liable for the content posted freely by any given user.

Users should bear in mind that their posts will be visible to other users, and that they are responsible for their own privacy.

Images that may be posted on the Social Network will not be stored by BEAZ, but will remain on the Social Network.

Users can access the privacy policies of the Social Network at any time, as well as configure their profiles to guarantee their privacy. Users can always control the connections they make, delete content that is no longer of interest to them and restrict who they connect with.

The following should be kept in mind regarding the exercise of the rights granted by current legislation on data protection, for the rights to access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, which the user can exercise in relation to BEAZ:

  • Access: This will be dictated by the functionalities of the Social Network and the ability to access the information of user profiles.
  • Rectification: This can only be fulfilled in relation to the information under BEAZ’s control, e.g. deleting comments posted on the site itself. This right is usually exercised by contacting the Social Network.
  • Cancellation and/or Opposition: As above, this can only be fulfilled in relation to the information under BEAZ’s control, e.g. by ceasing to be connected to the profile.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The use of this website is governed by Spanish law and the European Union. Any dispute that may arise in the interpretation of these conditions shall be settled in the courts of the place where the user is resident.
