The service of 64. bis ex- ante provides tax rating reports prior to the implementation of R & D & I projects, in order to facilitate the transfer of the tax credit to a financial institution. This report is an essential requirement for formalising the financing contract.

  • Issuance of a report with the rating and the budgeted amount admitted as consistent for R & D and technological innovation activities.

  • Support in the search for financing because this report is an essential requirement to formalize the financing contract.

  • Guide to “Preliminary tax rating reports” of R & D & I projects for funding (Art. 64a of the Foral Corporate Tax Standard).
